Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing KOKO Body Care. We value your business. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days of placing it. We primarily use UPS 2-3 day SHIPPING, and occasionally USPS 4-5 days shipping. While we aim for delivery within 7 days from order placement, we can't guarantee an exact timeframe.

Once the tracking number confirms "delivered" to your specified address, our responsibility ends. Unfortunately, we can't assist with packages marked as "delivered" by USPS or UPS. If you encounter any issues, please contact your local POST OFFICE OR UPS for assistance.

In case the shipping service notes a package as "lost" and the tracking # shows it was never delivered, we'll be happy to send a replacement.
